I have been wearing this eyeliner every day that I work, where I am honestly sweating my butt off in the 95 to 100 degree heat, for 8 hour long shifts. This eyeliner DOES NOT BUDGE. It's hard to believe, especially coming from someone with hooded eyes and oily (in the summer) skin. But it's true. I am sold for life on this gel eyeliner.
First picture is before, 2nd picture is after 12 hours, including a 8 hour long sweaty hot as hell shift.
